Need a franchisee?

As I was talking with a fellow fb friend and active cityville player a very big problem is when someone needs to expand his/hers franchises but nobody has any empty lots. I suppose that having a shop for free in my place without having to build it and taking everyday coins,energy, xp for that is a good thing. But the better thing is having an expensive one, cause "greed is good"... So I think that if anybody who wants to expand his/hers franchise chain posts his request and what exactly will put ( for example Hi, I am nikolas liolios, my id is that and I want to expand my cinemas...), then the people will judge the offers and If they like it will send a friend request and pm to close the deal...
